Design beach house

The house is intended to bring together local Mediterranean architecture and minimal contemporary design. The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom open onto a private terrace which looks out towards the beach. Ca na Isla has been meticulously designed to ensure you can make most of calm, Mallorca days.

Das ebenerdige Apartment in der exklusiven Residencia Cala Dorada vermittelt ein sofortiges Urlaubsgefühl. Umgeben von mediterranen Pflanzen, dem wirklich großen Pool und einem kleinen Bistro lädt es zu erholsamen Stunden ein. Die hellen, modern eingerichteten Räume und die private Terrasse mit Garten bieten viel Platz für zwei Erwachsene. Wunderschöne Sandbuchten, Bars, Restaurants, Shops und ein Arzt sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zum eleganten Yachthafen sind es etwa 10 Min. zu Fuß.

Abseits der Touristenströme der Cala D'Or, eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft aus Olivenbäumen und Feldern liegt meine erholsame SonnenOase im Südosten Mallorcas. Einige der schönsten Strände (Cala Moro, Es Trenc, Cala Mondrago) sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Es gibt wunderschöne Städte zu erkunden - z.B. Santanyi mit seinem bekannten Wochenmarkt. Wer gern mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, dem sei der nahe gelegene einzigartige Naturpark Mondrago ans Herz gelegt. Genießt es 🌞

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. If you are 4 people please book it for 4 people not 3 - Thanks
