Casa con giardino vista mare

Casa nostra è situata sulla collina di Pieve Ligure. È immersa nel verde, in un contesto familiare e tranquillo. Dalla casa e dal giardino si gode di una splendida vista su tutto il golfo Paradiso. La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

La nostra casa, un'antica residenza contadina costruita nel 1600 interamente in pietra e custodita dalla nostra famiglia per generazioni, è un luogo dove la storia incontra la bellezza più autertica della natura. Tramonti spettacolari, silenzi rigeneranti e una piscina che ti invita a lasciarti andare. Non è solo una vacanza ma un esperienza di puro benessere da vivere.

Deliziosa location con vista mozzafiato

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

GARDEN WITH DECKCHAIRS, COVERED DINING AREA, BARBECUE, RELAXATION AREA WITH SMALL STONE POOL (5X3 METRES, 1 HEIGHT) AND LOTS OF NATURE 10 MINUTES BY DRIVE FROM THE SHOPS VERY RELAXING, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SONG OF BIRDS BETTER DON'T COME HERE! I LIVE HERE WITH MY FAMILY AND OUR HORSES. NO PARTY!

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) A 9 Km la vetta del Monte Penice, con diversi percorsi per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta, tra cui la Falesia di Vaccarezza, complesso di rocce del monte Groppo, ideale per arrampicate sportive.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
