The Christopher Suite is charming attached one bedroom apartment to The Ellison House. It can be rented separately for 2 guests. It has its own private entrance with a porch and back door to the deck and back yard. The only shared space is the deck, patio, back yard and pool , if The Main Ellison House is rented. It has a separate living room and a kitchenette with a sink, mini retro fridge, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Separate bedroom with king bed, desk, 2 chairs and luxury linens.

A Clean & Comfy Home

Quaint home in a clean & quiet h.o.a. manufactured home neighborhood. Located 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles north of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron due to previous burned carpet damage. 2 bedroom queen bed each, suitable for 4 adults 2 per room, & two vehicles. It’s a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!

Welcoming home built in 2022 with upscale contemporary décor. Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen including appliances and extras such as Nespresso and Shark Ninja mixer for quick breakfasts. Walking distance to historic Lockhart square, HEB grocery store, Dairy Queen and much more. Peaceful corner lot surrounded by hundred year old pecan trees that provide shade. Amble outdoor space to relax and unwind. Remote workstation with WiFi. Allergy sensitive hotel grade bedding and bath amenities.

Very nice newer home just south of Austin.

Welcome to our recently built home, tastefully decorated, located just south of Austin with easy access to I-35, only 18 miles from Austin Airport and 17 miles from downtown Austin. Cabelas, Walmart, HEB, Restaurants, many popular food places are within a 2-mile distance. Great for those who plan to visit Austin and major events (Formula 1, ACL & SXSW). We have a special rate for weekly or monthly stay, a great housing option as you work on contract, visit relatives, or wait on housing.

San Marcos Riverfront/Sleeps 8/2 acres

The San Marcos River Haus is the perfect family getaway. Enjoy a private, gated retreat on 2 acres, the River Haus is the perfect blend of luxury living and rustic charm. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family to be together or get quiet time if needed. Quiet times from 10:00 pm-10:00 am please. We would love for you to visit and have a wonderful time but no hooting and hollering outside after 10:00 pm. We respect our neighbors rights to get good rest.

Our space functions part of the time as an artist residency location for musicians, writers, and visual artists who are guests of Commerce Gallery.
