Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Historic St.Mary's City at the Lazy Bear Cottage

Inquire first on pets, there is a 50 lb. weight limit total, can be split up between 2 small dogs or 1 at 50lbs or less,must be house broken and friendly. Close to Saint Mary's historic city, Pt. Lookout State Park, Sotterley Plantation. Great hiking trails, restored colonial village,a replica of the Maryland Dove. Tour a lighthouse. Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Peaceful settings for relaxing right on the water,or kayak on the river.

Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.
