Come and stay at this cosy cottage close to the beautiful Birtle & Deeply vale, with lovely walks or bike rides through the countryside. Fairfield hospital & Bury Hospice are close by. Just a 5 min drive to Bury Town centre with a tram into Manchester that takes around 20 mins, 20 mins drive to Ramsbottom or Rochdale. The cosy cottage consists of a comfortable living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and shower, and a small suntrap garden to sit out on sunny days.

The bothy used to be an old Stable, then potting shed for Old Birtle, a grade 2 Listed farmhouse dating to back 1672. A great pub 10 mis walk away. 4 miles into bury with its market and major transport hubs, M66, M62. Perfect for weekends, for walkers, cyclists - we are on the edge of Beautiful Ashworth Valley. This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Plenty of free unrestricted on street parking. Please note we cannot accept children or pets, the studio is compact and not suitable.
