The Annex at The Coach House

Relax and unwind in The Annex, perfect for up to 6 people to enjoy some time in a home from home. A double bed upstairs and two sofa beds downstairs. The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble
