The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Hus i lugn miljö nära havet

Hus med kakelugn nära havet i fridfullt område i Bunkeflostrand. Ny balkong med härlig kvällssol. Perfekt utgångspunkt för avkoppling, äventyr och shopping. Njut av en stor trädgård med uteplats och grill i söderläge. Det finns fem cyklar att låna. Perfekt för familjer. Promenadstråk längs havet med utsikt över Öresundsbron, stora grönytor och lekplats finns på bara några minuters gångavstånd. Cykelavstånd till härliga stränder. Bussen tar dig snabbt till Hyllie, Malmö och Köpenhamn.

Charming house of 120 m2 in old Limhamn

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Cozy cottage with a big garden in a calm area

Cozy small house, with a bedroom with two beds, living room with bed sofa, chair and a dinner table. Outside area with bbq and seating group for nice summer dinners outside. Standard equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, kettle and coffeemaker and a bath room with a shower and laundry possibilities. Close to Malmoe, Lund, Falsterbo and Copenhagen. 20 min drive to Copenhagen Airport and 10 min to Malmö.
