Saltburn l The Outlook- Sea views, Dog friendly.

This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Boulby Grange Farmhouse Cottage.

Cosy quirky 1 bedroom holiday cottage with stunning views of the sea with own garden & log burner. NB .. the bedroom is in the eaves so limited head room & accessed by reasonably narrow staircase/shower room is downstairs (therefore not suitable to elderly or tall people due to the limited headroom / due to size of the bedroom it is only a double bed). Situated on the Cleveland Way this is a perfect spot for walking & within walking distance to the lovely harbour village of Staithes (25 mins)

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Walks onto the moors from the front door , seating area outside to watch the sun go down with a large glass of wine, welcoming family pub across the road, Co-op, and fine dining pub also in the village. Train station to Whitby from the village. We welcome two dogs at the Nest.

Griff Cottage is located in Skinningrove on the North Yorkshire coast, stay local and enjoy the two fantastic beaches or use the cottage as a base to explore the beautiful coastline and the North Yorkshire Moors. This self contained holiday cottage offers a chance to get closer to the workings of a family dairy farm. It is situated in the North York Moors National Park, midway between the moors and the coast and just a fifteen minute drive (or slightly longer bus ride) from Whitby. The accomodation is unusually spacious for a one bedroomed cottage, it is light, warm and very well insulated but don’t forget there is the potential for noise and smells from the farm!
