Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 5 minutes' drive onto the open Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege. Meet our donkeys, horse & birds and relax in the New Forest National Park.

Our Victorian home, which is located centrally in the village of Brockenhurst, offers many original features, yet has all the modern amenities you will need. Due to it's size and layout it is ideal for 3 generations, larger families, or 3 couples. It has an enclosed garden so is suitable for young children and pets. We pride ourselves on offering a luxurious stay - comfy beds, crisp linens, a rainfall shower, a woodburner and pretty cottage garden. Note.
