Recently renovated, Villa delle Sirene combines contemporary design with traditional Mediterranean style. On the first floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor, an open-space attic, hosts 3 single beds and a bathroom with a shower and WC. On the ground floor, there are 2 additional full bathrooms with showers and WCs, a comfortable living room that opens onto the garden, a double bedroom, and a spacious kitchen that leads directly to the garden under the patio. The beautifully furnished terrace and garden offer wonderful spaces to enjoy outdoor living with stunning sea views. From the well-maintained and shaded garden, a private path easily leads you to the small sandy beach. This secluded beach, accessible only from a few houses, feels almost private. Nestled between the rocks, it is also an ideal spot for snorkeling and exploring the coastal coves. The villa's exceptional location, almost directly on the beach, along with its proximity to both Tropea and Pizzo (about 10 km away), makes this property truly special.

A pochi metri dall'appartamento si trova il Lungomare di Briatico, a 700 metri la stazione ferroviaria, a 15 minuti a piedi la suggestiva spiaggia della Rocchetta.

The villas are perfect for both a cosy family holiday and for a large group who wants to have a special vacation in Calabria. Together, they can accommodate 19 people if both villas are rented. It is also possible to rent the houses separately, providing desired privacy in each villa.
