Con vista dal balcone, su tutto il centro lago, dal promontorio di Varenna con il castello di Vezio a quello di Bellagio, comprese tutte le più famose ville della zona. Dall'anno 2026 il parcheggio auto in garage, su richiesta e a 75 metri dalla casa, sarà a pagamento, con un supplemento di 8 € a notte. Il Comune di Varenna da anni ha istituito l'imposta di soggiorno, da pagarsi all'arrivo. Attualmente è di 3,00 € a notte per persona.

The sofa bed is comfortable for two adults, with fresh linens and extra pillows. Quiet and intimate, it’s perfect for slowing down and enjoying unforgettable views together.

Varenna and the lake is 15 minutes away by car or you can walk down through the woods in 50 minutes. You can also take the ferry boat from Varenna to explore Lake Como. You can have relaxing romantic dinners on the large balcony while enjoying the amazing sunset over the lake.
