Venez séjourner au calme dans une jolie maison charmante ; restaurée avec goût ; agréablement fraîche en été et chaleureuse en hiver avec son poêle à bois. Jusqu'à 5 personnes. Le jardin clos de 300m²est entouré de murs en pierres authentiques, donc les enfants et les animaux de compagnie sont en sécurité. Le jardin dispose d'un coin transats ; une terrasse ensoleillée et une deuxième terrasse à l'ombre. Des dépliants sont à disposition sur les endroits à découvrir et les bonnes adresses.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Parc 79 - Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Due to the historic nature of the property it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Just as pleasant in the Autumn/Winter months with the property heated throughout, making the property cosy and warm, after a day out exploring, the area has a vast variety of Christmas markets throughout November and December, making it a great base.

Maison pleine de charme et de convivialité proche du Puy-du Fou et du Hellfest. C'est ma résidence principale, rénovée intégralement en famille l'année dernière avant ma mutation ! Elle dispose de 3 chambres, une cours close souvent non tondue, pour laisser les fleurs. Les draps, serviettes, gel douche et shampooing sont fournis. Il y a une cafetière senseo. Pas de volets, rideaux occupants. Proche de la basilique, pour des réveils tout en grandeur (à l'heure de la messe).

Notre logement se situe à 1H30 du Futuroscope, 1H 15 de La Rochelle et des plages, et 20 min du Marais Poitevin. Un lieu de halte idéal pour sillonner la région !
