Just a short drive from Dubrovnik, this family-friendly spot invites guests to unwind in the heated pool under the stars or wake up to coffee on the terrace—a truly ideal oasis. River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. House is 10km from Dubrovnik, and 5 min walk to the center of Mlini where are beches and restaurants and caffes. There is shopping mall 1 km away. Apartment is situated in a village Mlini, in region Župa Dubrovačka, 8 km away from historical old town of Dubrovnik. In beautifull village Mlini you have clean sea, pebble and sandy beaches, promenades near the sea with pine and cypress trees, nice coffee shops and restaurants which are offering tradicional dalmation food. Also village Mlini is close to old town of Dubrovnik. There is a local bus that goes every half hour, taxi or even water taxi so like that you have great opportunity to explore the region by sea and it leaves you right infront of the city walls of Dubrovnik. Apartment is situated 50m from the sea, and that's only 2 minutes walking till the first beach and park with a restaurant. Also near the sea there is a park for children, and next to the park beach and a restaurant. Apartment has a terrace with fireplace and nice shadow from grapewine. Room has double bed, and there is a possibility for two extra beds in living room. There is also toilet and kitchen. In living room there is a television and satellite. Apartment is 10km away from the airport (15 minutes driving). We also offer a free parking place.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
