Golf Course /Pond View from this Cozy 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom Condo ‘The Bear’s Den’, located in the prestigious gated community of Pointe Royale Golf Village, has a one of a kind water and golf course view! Planning on golfing ??? Ask about the “Stay and Play” option as you will receive a small discount for staying at the Bears Den. Pets are allowed at a max wt of 25 lbs. You are allowed up to two dogs. There is a $25.00 charge per pet for your stay. You are required to clean up after your pet.
