Peaceful apartment space in beautiful farm house

Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

A room with view - great location

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Centrally located to 3 colleges and 2 hospitals in a peaceful neighborhood, this cozy, open concept studio guesthouse is perfect for a short- or long-term stay. This newly renovated garage apartment to guesthouse requires no steps and features a spacious fenced in area for your pet. Creativity abounds in this uniquely decorated space. It features a king-sized bed as well as queen sized sofa sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked and has a coffee/tea bar for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome.

The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. If you time your stay right you could join in goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

This location is a place to stay for work or visiting family&etc. You will be near local attractions, Festivals & Events, Unique Shops and Great Restaurants. This Airbnb is a older home that is not perfect but is comfortable & clean. The neighborhood is in working progress and is safe & quite. Brazil is a small town & the homes in the area are owned by hard working families trying to live without being judged on a Airbnb platform. Please keep that in mind when choosing this Airbnb.

The Main Street Retreat-NO CLEANING FEES

Enjoy your time to simply get away or as a must need sleep over due to travel or work. Only 14 miles south of I70. A Dollar General Store, Subway and Gas Station are nearby. Ten minute drive south to Sullivan for Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. Fifteen minute drive north to Terre Haute for all the city attractions. County and State Parks are near by as well. Located in a great neighborhood on main street with privacy. Maximum of only four adults allowed per reservation.

Welcome to Captain Bill's Guest Lodge at Cagels Mill Lake! This gorgeous home offers modern amenities in a countryside setting. This unique place has a style all its own. This house is fully furnished with nicely refinished hardwood floors. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and plenty of storage and room darkening blinds. There is a Washer & Dryer downstairs and a game room for the kids. Couch in living room is able to pull out into bed and there is a futon in the game room downstairs. Backyard is fully fenced. Close to Union Hospital, ISU and many local restaurants and shops.

Morton Barn with Trails & Pond, 3 Bedrooms

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Rain or shine, the attached garage has an entertaining area. Ideal living with two couples and children while walking trails in the woods. Fishing pond has been stocked with Indiana fish, Blue Gill, Rock Bass, and Crappie. The fish can be kept and eaten. Plenty of deer and wildlife including wild turkeys and racoons. Two fire pits with chairs are on the 43 acres. Froggie nights under the stars.

Spencer's historic downtown offers the restored Tivoli theater, restaurants, art galleries & shops. Two miles from beautiful McCormick's Creek State Park and 3 miles to Owen Valley Winery. A convenient 20 miles to downtown Bloomington & Indiana University.
