It is ideally situated for guests to enjoy the many attractions of this historic city, including the Unesco World Heritage site of Durham Cathedral and Castle, Durham University Museums and Gardens, riverside walks and an abundance of eateries. The Old Stable Cottage

Cosy open plan kitchen and living area. Well–equipped kitchen contains a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine with freezer in porch. Lounge has two comfortable sofas,(one converts into a double bed). Sky TV, DVD player and fibre optic broadband. Two first floor bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin with full size bunk beds). Each room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Modern bathroom has a shower over a full size bath. Gas central heating throughout. Bedding/towels included.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. To the East we have the coastal town of Seaham Harbour, to the West we have Beamish Museum, County Durham and Northumberland
