Over 3,000 sq ft. 4 bedrooms (K,K,Q,F) and 3.5 baths you will have plenty of space to lounge, relax, and enjoy yourself. Soak in the incredible sunsets off the back deck. Gated community that offers privacy, security, and a community lake where you can swim, fish, grill and hike! No Parties allowed!

Cozy cottage with one bedroom (queen bed) and bath has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, granite counter tops, kitchen appliances and w/d. There is a nice little deck out back with a charcoal grill or enjoy a quiet evening around the fire pit out front. Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

There will be house construction in front of this Airbnb from Mon-Fri from 9-7 pm and some weekends. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City, 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and 1 hour more or less to many mountains, waterfalls, and outdoor activities!
