Maple Cove

Crown Lodges are located in the Heart of the Rossendale valley- Crawshawbooth. There are three lodges in total all situated around a 140sq/m lodge with breath taking views, it is the perfect escape to the country. The site is brand new and was built by owner and host Sam through the covid-19 pandemic 2018-2021 with his keen eye for building, the site is loved and adored by many of the locals and has proved a massive hit so far. Maple cove located to the top right hand side of our site features a large 28sq/m decking area. Enjoy beautiful nights in your hot tub from this natural beauty spot, our lodges have something for everyone and we believe they are all-in luxury. They feature luxury kitchens, luxury bathrooms, log burners, free standing bath upstairs next to your bedroom area and everyones favourite a 2mx2m hot tub. Tip from us-Be ready with drinks in the hot tub for when it goes dark, the site lights up like something you see when your abroad and looks incredible, you can see our site from the other side of the valley which we think looks amazing. Crown Lodges is situated on a public footpath which has miles and miles of walking, for all of you that enjoy a stroll. We recommend downloading the walking app Komoot and downloading the local pack which is priced as much as a small coffee, this is like google maps for walking enthusiasts. For local things to do, I think we are up there with the best. Our local town Rawtenstall has undergone major development in the last couple of years and is getting better and better all the time. We have Rawtenstall market which has been taken over and turned into a food heaven. Once a month it has 'foodie Friday' and is packed with local stalls selling street food and deserts. Then we have Avuccirea, fire pit, La Turka, Tiger lounge and GemNi just to name a few. All providing excellent quality of food and drinks. We have a variety of bars, pubs and cafes too, far too many to mention. We are also 40mins on the x43 bus to Manchester City centre and the bus stop is within 15mins walk from our site (big hill back up not for the faint hearted). We also have the very last temperance bar in the country Mr Fitzpatrick's established in 1899 which recently featured on the hairy bikers, this is 100% worth a visit. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway but still close to exciting things to do, this brand new development is your number one hot spot for 2021. Once you come you will not want to leave, from experience our site looks so incredibly different every season. Wuthering Huts - Flossy's View

Amidst the rugged, desolate beauty of Haworth Moor, overlooking the glistening water of Ponden Reservoir, Flossy's View is the perfect place to soak up the wild landscape that inspired Emily Bronte’s ‘Wuthering Heights’. The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The Octagon, Wooden Lodge in Private Woodland.

A unique private woodland escape in Lancashire. The Octagon is a handcrafted wooden cabin hidden in 2.2 acres of private woodland, yet just a short walk from Accrington town centre. With space for up to 10 guests, a wood-fired hot tub and sauna available as extras for £220, outdoor seating, woodland walks and plenty of room to relax together, it is ideal for families, friends and groups or retreats looking for something completely different. Large flat in old Mill - hot tub, garden & parking

Our beautifully converted Mill building in Oakworth set within a half-acre garden incorporates a gorgeously private 2 bedroom flat. The Old Corn Mill, which houses Bridge Flat, has in fact over time had several uses - from a shuttle mill, to a workshop for the once grand estate of Sir Isaac Holden. We live in the flat above, so close enough to ensure you have everything you need, but with your own entrance & parking area, you would think you were staying away from it all, in the countryside.

Stiperden Barn

Perfect for a relaxing break the Barn is situated high in the south Pennines on our Farm between Hebden Bridge and Todmorden. Great walking and fantastic scenery, we are a 10/15 minute drive from Todmorden and Hebden Bridge The self contained space includes: Hot tub, Freesat TV, log burning stove, DVD player, shower, separate toilet, kitchen and laundry facilities. Theres a fenced outside space with hot tub, firepit andbbq. Dogs welcome. Complimentary log basket and logs to buy on site.

The Stables - Rawtenstall.

The Stables is a unique, relaxing, stylish one bedroom property with an additional double sofa bed included. It has lots of character, superb views and is the perfect romantic hideaway, ideal for a short break away. The Stables also has a hot tub which is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away. It is ideal for walking routes, with friendly local pubs and restaurants nearby and is only a 15 minute walk into Rawtenstall town centre. The nearest super market is just 0.4 miles away.
