“Il Cantuccio” di Francesca è un tranquillo e silenzioso appartamento situato in una posizione strategica:dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle sue bellezze architettoniche, dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è vicinissimo all' E45 Perugia Prepo,all'Arena S.Giuliana e alla clinica Villa Fiorita.Di fronte casa vi è il parcheggio gratuito e a pochi passi vi sono le fermate dell'autobus.E' quindi ottimo per le famiglie ma anche per chi viaggia per lavoro.Sono graditi gli amici a quattro zampe

Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. Luminoso bilocale al primo piano nato dalla restaurazione di un'antica abitazione che abbina modernità e antichità creando uno spazio rilassante e romantico Circondato da monumenti e monasteri potrai sentire l'illusione di fare un viaggio nel passato e allo stesso tempo rimanere collegato al presente e alla vita mondana e vivace dell'università e dei ristoranti/ locali A 10 min camminando dalla piazza centrale. Vicino a parcheggi gratuiti e alla fermata bus proveniente dalla stazione dei treni.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

CASA RIMIDIA Flat Giovanna was completely renovated in 2016. 90 sqm apartment with balcony on the 2nd and last floor in a small building with few residents. There is no Elevator. Quiet, comfortable and finely furnished. Convenient free parking. It is located in Perugia in the residential district of Prepo, above the commercial area of via Settevalli, 6 km from the center, 3 km from the railway station and near the S. Maria della Misericordia hospital.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The house of Crafts and Arts, recently renovated and modernized with all the comfort that a well arranged flat could offer. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break.
