This historic 19th century cottage in the heart of beautiful Devon is one of the few properties that overlooks the peaceful Grand Western Canal. It sits in its own private spot as a perfect place to use as a launch pad for exploring the rest of the county, as a unique accommodation option if here for an event or work, or as its own blissful vacation spot to rest and recuperate. Whatever you're here for, make sure cream tea is on the menu. The cottage hosts up to four people and is pet friendly.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

1 Bed Bluebell Cottage - Lurley Manor

This whimsical cottage is set in the grounds of The Manor. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living area with a log burner, central heating, and a modern shower room. Step outside to your private, secure dog friendly garden, which leads to the orchard, then our woods —perfect for you and your furry companions to relax and unwind. There's a free parking space, this cottage is designed to be your home away from home, blending comfort, convenience, in the country.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

Grade II Cosy Cottage on edge of Exmoor

A Grade 2 listed Georgian Cottage in the heart of beautiful Bampton in Devon. Shops, cafes and a pub are within easy walking distance. A traditional butchers, fabulous fruit and veg shop, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and couples and dog friendly too. Barn conversion with an industrial feel. 15 mins from M5, set in countryside. North and South Devon coast within easy reach and just over 30 mins from Exeter. Bridle path for walks close by and on the edge of Exmoor. Master has Super King zip and link which can be also used as a twin instead on request, second bedroom is a double. Cot available on request.

17thC Threshing Barn in a peaceful Vineyard setting. Beautiful cob and stone barn with original beams and features. Entire house, sleeps two, detached from the main farm house, with private entrance doorway. The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.
