Escape to the tranquil beauty of Calverleigh countryside in this luxury 2bedroom apartment, perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat with the comforts of home. The first floor apartment boasts a private garden, fully fitted kitchen, dining/living area and private parking. The sofa transforms into a bed making the apartment suitable for 6 people. The second bedroom can be either 2 single beds or one double. Beautiful views can be seen across Calverleigh which allows for stunning country walks

Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

The Old Tea Loft Annex

This charming converted Tea Warehouse offers a one bed ground floor apartment perfect to enjoy the attractions of the area. Enjoy a private entry self-contained space. Inside you'll find a cosy lounge room with king size bed, sofa and arm chairs. There’s a Smart TV and fireplace for a homely feel. There is en-suite with a shower, and a utility space with seating where you can make tea or coffee also breakfast cereals provided and milk in the fridge. Towels inc.Microwave available on request

The Annexe Lurley Manor

Lurley Manor is a historic gem, set within five acres, with woodland, orchard and gardens. The 3 bed Annexe is in the West Wing. Tucked away on a peaceful country lane at the edge of the quaint hamlet of Lurley. Despite its secluded charm, we are just west of the vibrant market town of Tiverton, providing the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. We create a true home-away-from-home experience. And for those traveling with furry companions—you’ll find we’re a truly dog-friendly haven.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Near Exmoor - stone cottage brimming with Hygge!

A gorgeous and generously proportioned stone cottage bursting with character and charm. Recently refurbished, the property has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and can sleep 8 guests comfortably. The cottage is perfect for families and friends wanting to explore this beautiful part of the country or hikers and bikers wanting to take advantage of the glorious walking routes and extensive cycling terrain. Up to 2 small dogs are welcome to stay providing they remain downstairs.

Lower Chapeltown Cottage

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Private garden with space to park two cars.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
