Next Door: a cosy one-bed apartment

All are welcome to stay in my cosy, quiet property. Easily accessible by public transport and a short trip to the town centre, it is attached to my home but has a separate entrance, being completely private with its own patio and parking space. You’re free to use my garden with its sheltered hammock swing - perfect for shade in the heat or shelter for rain, converting to a bed. Enjoy the books and games provided, small free weights and yoga mat, or bake, using the KitchenAid mixer. Indulge!

This stylish, modern apartment is perfect for visiting Liverpool and Manchester, or closer to home - Rainhill railway station (The venue for the famous locomotive trials) and the newly constructed Shakespeare theatre in nearby Prescot. Located a short train journey to Liverpool or Manchester- it is a jewel in the crown of the North West!

Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Welcome to our annexe! Situated in our back garden (with its own private entrance) , our cosy annex was completed in 2021 to a high standard. The annex comprises of double bedroom, bathroom, living area (that can be converted into a separate sleeping area) and a well equipped kitchenette. Located centrally within Chapelford, there is a pub (serving food), supermarket, chemist, park and train station (with direct trains to Manchester and Liverpool) all within a 3 minute walk.
