The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 3 ensuite bedrooms (and an extra room in case of need) and all other amenities you can need. A big private, heated pool with wonderful views, great indoor jacuzzi in spa area with an sauna and gaming/billiard room, a nice fenced outdoor area with a table tennis, badminton or archery set.

Apartment in building features 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with sea side views. On top of above, apartment include: wi-fi, each room air conditioned (3 set), parking lot for 2cars (one within enclosed garage; other one at building open area; both reserved for the apartment). Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
