An awesome stay! Easy access to most everything, only a few minutes from downtown. The space is great too, would definitely stay again!

The apartment is located in a very convenient area, close to shops and restaurants. The place itself was clean, neat, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The parking garage was a little tricky to find at first, but once located, it was secure and convenient. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything even smoother. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

I absolutely adored this space! It’s in an old hotel right in the middle of the River Walk area. It’s the kind of “old” that feels historic and fancy vs. just old. It was so cool to get a glimpse of the past, the beautiful high ceilings and gorgeous windows- while being surrounded by modern day comforts and beautiful decor. Immediately upon entering I knew I would love this place, it smells nice, there was soft jazz playing on the tv- and it has a gorgeous view of the city. Our host has thought of everything- our first morning it was pouring down rain, and sure enough- there were 3 umbrellas waiting by the door. There was an iron and full size ironing board, I noticed a basket of toys in the closet, safety pins under the bathroom sink- it was so nice to see all those thoughtful details. The location couldn’t have been better, we walked to the grocery store, the Alamo, the mall. It was right in the middle. I can’t recommend it enough! We hung out on the shared patio- it’s awesome!

If you're looking for a reasonably priced place w/ included parking and within walking distance of the Pearl & the River Walk, this is it. An added bonus: no noisy car/motorcycle parades or loud bar music during the late hours. There were low-pitched train whistles from time to time-which was actually quite soothing for us. Other units were above and beside us, but we didn't notice much activity so it felt very private. Lovely to return to this haven after a busy day around town. A/C unit and fans worked well to cool the place down quickly. We didn't mind tidying up at the end of our stay in return for a low cleaning fee-it didn't take long at all. Host responded quickly to messages and kindly allowed an earlier check-in.

Nicks place was a very nice and clean space right off of the highway in New Braunfels. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time staying in that area as he usually grew up in the San Antonio area. So it was nice to venture out and explore a different city. We also loved that the place was 10 minutes away from Buc-ee’s which was a highlight, especially if you were looking for gas or snacks. Now the only little con would be that in the bedroom is a hallway light outside that can be bright at night throw the curtains but, with some black light curtains that would definitely help. Also a great breakfast place that we’d recommend is called Breakfast. Which is about 10 minutes away from the Airbnb. But, all in all I would definitely stay again especially to explore in the city more.

Cute and comfortable place, convenient to lots of good restaurants and to UTSA Southwest where I was visiting. Easy access. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Kylie's place was phenomenal! Very cozy and we felt right at home. Was very close to all the spots we wanted to see and close to the best restaurants! Home was in a very quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay when we visit the next time!

Todd was quick to respond to any questions I had. The property is cozy and feels like you are right at home. I would stay at this location again.

It was exactly as described… cute little cottage located in a neighborhood that was peaceful and walkable to town. This place was decorated so cute and quite spacious. It was so peaceful in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved it!

Great home for AF BMT graduation. Within minutes to the base. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Host very quick to respond. Definitely would recommend!

We loved this house! Great set up, very clean, and a great backyard for our 3 year old to run and play.

The house was beautiful, the furniture was super comfortable, the kitchen was extremely nice ( I wish mine was like that). We enjoyed our stay and we had a great time.

This place was peaceful, clean and spacious. It was a comfy place that was close to home.

Beautiful place, incredible location, friendly host! We took our toddler to Schlitterbahn for the first time and we were so surprised at how close the unit was to the park. We were able to walk to multiple local restaurants as well as the park entrance within only 5 minutes. Host was friendly and responsive, even helping us when we left vital toiletries behind. The unit was quiet, clean, and very well stocked. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

We will be returning and when we do, it's a no brainer that we will reach out to Marilyn!

Excellent location. Super close to Schlitterbahn, the river, and Gruene. The view off of the back balcony is great. The complex is quiet and has great security. The unit is cozy and has super comfortable beds. Whitney and Justin are very on top of everything and are super friendly and responsive. We will definitely try to book here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view, big comfy bed, plenty of towels, kitchen things etc. Even floaties and towels for the pool, very thoughtful. Neat place to stay!

I loved the location of this Airbnb! Super close by to the town and convenient stores. It was quiet and peaceful. The only thing I noticed was the dishes weren't fully clean (which could be from the dishwasher that sometimes does that). But overall, the place looked like the pictures and it was a lovely stay. I would totally go back!

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. We had a girls weekend and the condo was in a perfect location for Gruene are fun! It was also a beautiful place overlooking the river!
