This is the perfect place for an active guest to experience boho Bloomington or attend IU events. Quality linens, SPOTLESS, uncluttered, new everything including beds,kitchenware etc. Designated parking for 2 and free street.Fast fiber 500Mbps speed internet and new Roku smart TV's. BEAUTIFUL HOUSE--CLOSE TO TOWN CENTER AND IU

My home is located in the historic, beautiful Prospect Hill neighborhood, which is right by downtown and a short walk to IU. I’m a Professor at IU and I travel frequently for work. The house has everything you need—modern amenities, brand-new furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, central air, and plenty of eating and seating area. It is bright and offers two spacious porches/decks as well as off-street parking. Please note, we do not allow pets - Josh

Private entrance to a lower level living area, queen size bed and bathroom. Living Area includes a breakfast table, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, electric tea kettle, tea, sweetener and creamer. Bedroom includes a closet and chest of drawers. Enjoy free wi-fi and a space completely to yourself. Come and go as you please! We are 2 miles from IU campus, downtown, shopping, and entertainment. We welcome everyone!

Bloomington Lake-View home on 40 secluded acres

New Lake home that sits on 40 acres of woods with gorgeous views. Large wrap around porch with outdoor seating and chill space. Fall, winter and spring provide amazing views of Lake Monroe. While summer allows for easy access to Lake Monroe. Plenty of room to park a boat or have multiple cars. The home has modern decor with wood stove, new appliances, surround sound and all of the amenities you need for your stay. Just 20 minutes from IU.

Bright, updated, and well equipped house with lots of local art displayed.You're 1 block from IU campus on the east side. Offering 2 bedrooms, one bath, an open kitchen/living room, 3 off street parking spots, and a large private fenced yard with a fire ring and hammock hooks. Close to shopping, restaurants, and recreation! This is an ideal spot for all things Bloomington. A record player and games, for your enjoyment.

Nashville Treasure

This mid-century modern one bedroom house is located just 15 minutes from historic Nashville. Beautifully decorated and adjacent to Yellowwood State Forest. This house has an open floor plan. The large kitchen is open to a large family room. You can lounge in comfort or sit on the back deck and watch the wildlife. Newly remodeled in 2019 it is a sight to see. You will be making plans for your next visit.
