Cozy, remodeled bungalow near downtown Ferndale

Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

It is also... 1 mile from Detroit Zoo 5 minute drive to Royal Oak 15 minutes (11 miles) to Downtown Detroit A great location for work or play! Look for Sanctuary Studio (back unit #2) if this isn't available.

Bring the whole family. Lots of room for fun. Spend time barbecuing on the deck while the sun sets or relax with a fire by the lake. This spacious home is on a secluded private lake with all of the up north vibes but the benefit of being near the city. Nearby amenities include close access to I-75, Great Lakes Crossing, Top Golf and Pine Knob. The place also has a kayak, canoe and fishing gear if you feel like exploring the lake by boat!
