Canyon Road Olive Ranch is a 25-acre property with olive trees and fruit trees. We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. Guests may use the outdoor kitchen / pavilion, large deck, and a fire pit. Dogs welcome.

Cozy Cottage is within walking distance to Johnson City square. This adorable house, built in 1947 has all updated amenities. Original hard wood floors through out the house. Enjoy the 400 sq. ft. Deck with grill and fire pit in the cutest cottage in Johnson City. Each of the bedrooms have their own well appointed bathrooms and there is a fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full size w/d . Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee, per pet. I can request the pet fee when you check in.

Our lovely home is located on 5 acres with a private view of the beautiful Pedernales river. WiFi, air conditioning, sleeping for four. More mattresses can be made available. We are located smack dab in the middle of the Texas wine country, minutes from the historic LBJ ranch, Johnson City and quaint Fredricksberg, a shopping paradise. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.
