The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

The coast is only a 20 minute drive away with lots of beaches to choose from and the city of Exeter also just 20 minutes by car. Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Otters Holt: Dog friendly loft in converted barn

Unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Cosy cottage with large inglenook fireplace

This cottage is 300 years old and has a wonderful inglenook fireplace and old beams. There is a great village pub just 400 yards away, which is dog friendly. There are lovely country walks straight from the cottage. We are next door to the property which is semi detached. We will welcome you on arrival but then leave you entirely to enjoy your holiday. We are always on hand to offer advice and tips for your holiday. One well behaved dog is always welcome. We charge £30 for a dog please.
