Longridge is a luxury self contained flat, Newly decorated and refurbished to the highest standards. Located just off the A1 its sits minutes away between key locations like Newcastle and Durham. Local to points of interest like Beamish museum, Metro Centre, Durham Cricket Ground and Lumley Castle. Holly House is a Victorian terraced house, situated just off Durham Road in Birtley and is close to all local amenities. If you're looking for a rural idyll, then we're definitely not for you. The property has 3 bedrooms and a desk space with free & fast broadband, so is great for business travellers and for those spending time visiting family and friends in the area. Located just 7 miles from Newcastle and 7 miles from Durham we are very central with good road and public transport links.

Ouston Oasis, Beamish

Ouston Oasis is a comfortable and peaceful one bedroom apartment only 5 minutes drive from Beamish Hall and Museum. It is situated in the quiet village of Ouston, 5 minutes from the A1 and only 10 minutes from Gateshead and Newcastle with both bus and train links nearby. It is a self contained flat with all home comforts (washing machine, fridge, fitted kitchen, 55in TV & Wifi), with extra sleeping availability in a sumptuous pull out bed in the living room, for two extra guests (4 in total).

The Old Barn @ Lamesley

This charming barn conversion with a lovely combination of stone and brickwork, has recently been fully refurbished. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. The best of both worlds with ease of access to stunning countryside and only a mile from the A1. Sleeping four this luxurious barn is an excellent choice for as a peaceful retreat. DOGS MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES!

Historic City Centre Mews House Summerhill Square

An historic Georgian building that’s previously been cloisters, school playground & motor house for the nuns of St Anne’s Convent, now reborn as a bespoke luxury mews house in the heart of the city in Summerhill Square. The house is on 1 level & is around 800 sq ft comprising of an open plan living room/ kitchen and dining area; a laundry room; a large bedroom with super king size bed; a shower room and a private courtyard with table and chairs.        

The Goatshed (Middle Lodge)

Our well appointed flat within a Goat Shed conversion is a home from home, set in the lovely countryside village of Lamesley. Located just half a mile away from the A1, it is within easy reach of vibrant Newcastle, beautiful Durham and the Metro Centre. There are some lovely local walks and pubs to visit, but if you wanted to venture further, the coast and gorgeous Northumberland are also within easy reach. Private flat, public outdoor space. Adult only.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
