Er zijn vanuit hier verschillende fiets-, wandel- en mountainbike routes te vinden. Ook kunt u lopend naar het gezellige centrum van Ede. U kunt hier ontspannen in de sauna of met een borrel bij de sfeervolle houthaard. In het souterrain kunt u een potje pingpongen, poolen, darten en/of tafelvoetvallen. Er woont een poes in huis, Beer. Ze houdt van knuffelen en eten!

Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

De woning heeft 2 slaapkamers, op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich de master bedroom met een tweepersoonsbed en een aparte werkkamer (in principe privé, tenzij verzocht)! Op de tweede verdieping bevindt zich nog een slaapkamer annex sportkamer met een 1 persoonsbed. Daarnaast is er een separate was kamer en natuurlijk buiten een heerlijke tuin. Parkeren op eigen terrein!
