This Certified Green Built home is nestled in the forest, on 1.5 acres, in the heart of Asheville. From here it's a 10-15 minute leisurely stroll down the hill to historic Biltmore Village. The suite is very close to 6-7 breweries, a distillery, chic retail, and some fantastic restaurants. Ask us for recommendations! The Biltmore Estate entrance is also less than 2 miles away. Downtown is only a couple of miles away and is only a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away. Fares are generally reasonable.

Also, while you are planning your time on the town enjoy plenty of snacks, wine, a mini-fridge, microwave & dish-ware. NOTE: My partner and I live in the upper two levels of the home so you will most likely hear footsteps.
