Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This stunning apartment became a ruin after the 1979 earthquake and after 42 years it's been given back the charm and character that adds to the charisma of Kotol Old Town. The apartment is located near the back entrance where there was once a swing bridge that was used to service the old town homes , restuarants and hotels. The appartment is located in the attic of the house just across the street from the beach. The appartment is new, equipped with new furniture and gadgets. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other one with single bed. In the living room there is a couch that can be also used as a bed when it "opens up". There is also a dinning table, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony with a view on both the sea and the mountains.
