Secluded Woodland Retreat Snowdonia

Detached annex in secluded location at rear of main house but not overlooked. Plenty of room for two, but has accommodated up to four: small, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, combi microwave, air fryer and hotplate . Separate bathroom, with WC, washbasin & electric shower. Free wi-fi, LED TV, free view and DVD player. Good 4G mobile reception - wifi 36 mgbps. Adjacent to cycle track (route 82) linking Ogwen Valley and university city of Bangor. Plenty of things to do for the duration of your stay in Snowdonia, with something for everyone: ** We are only 10 minutes walk from 'ZIPWORLD' VELOCITY - Ride the longest zipwire in the Northern hemisphere above the spectacular Penrhyn Quarry lake and reach speeds of up to 85mph - it's the closest thing to sky-diving without jumping out of a plane! ** Climbing & Mountain Walking - Snowdon, The Carneddau, Cadair Idris, The Rhinogs, Capel Curig Forest walks - Waymarked paths Golf- courses in Bangor, Caernarfon, Harlech, Dolgellau Beach/Water sports Dry slope skiing at Llandudno Bird watching, RSPB reserves at Conwy & South Stack and Glaslyn Ospreys, near Porthmadog. Our flat is a beautiful, tranquil & minimal space which has been thoughtfully created to host guests. You'll find everything you need for a relaxing retreat including cooking utensils, bathroom toiletries & a brand new Eve mattress for your ultimate comfort. Please note - the bedroom has low ceilings and wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. You'll find beauty within this space but you’ll also be blown away by Nantlle itself, with its spectacular views. We can't wait to host you!

Beautiful Welsh barn at the foot of Snowdon

The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the Village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings.The 7.5 acres of land are situated directly behind the barn. 5* Shepherd’s Hut, shower and sauna

Central but tranquil, perfect for a romantic, relaxing get away. This light, airy Shepherds hut has its own horsebox shower/toilet. Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. Zipworld is about 6 miles away. It’s an easy walk down into the village with marina, pubs and bistro. Elliot recommends on YouTube!

Perfect base for climbing Snowdon!

This comfortable, updated stone-built cottage is the ideal base for an adventurous break in the Snowdonia National Park. At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. In our tiny village of Nant Peris we have a great local pub with ales, good food and an inglenook fire a stroll from your front door. Castles,beaches and adventures- Snowdonia has it all.

Beautiful, cosy, turf roofed, woodland edge cabin

A beautiful, new and cosy hand-built wooden cabin. It's nestled on the edge of our woodland and in a corner of our small organic permaculture farm between the mountains and sea. It has a double and two single beds, electric, wood burning stove, kitchen, picnic bench, fire pit, private toilet and hot shower. The farm has fresh eggs you can collect in the morning, hammocks and a sauna. We want you feel like you are in a Swallows and Amazons adventure, a place where life is a little bit slower.

Cottage with rare parking in heart of Llanberis

Renovated in 2021, our old miners cottage in the heart of the North Wales World Heritage Site caters for everyone from keen walkers to the young family with a four-legged friend. The open plan living space offers the modern comforts of WiFi and Smart T.V. while providing more traditional ways of relaxing with games and books in front of the log burner. Llanberis and the surrounding areas offers a huge variety of activities for everyone to ensure that you and your guests will never be bored.

Cosy bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse is located in a quiet hamlet and has a separate entrance keeping it completely private. It overlooks a meadow and the river Ogwen. A stone building now renovated and equipped to provide comfortable accommodation for two people. Bunk beds - linen - en-suite -towels -TV - Tea & Coffee. A fridge is available in a nearby outhouse. Well placed to discover Snowdonia, nearby hills, mountains, cycle paths, walks and climbs, and also ZipWorld Velocity 2 which is only a short walk away.

Traditional cottage 2.5 miles from Snowdon

Elegant cottage in the quiet village of Brynrefail. Tastefully restored with the original features, Pen y Craig is a peaceful, cosy home. Directly opposite the Caban café in case you can't be bothered to cook ! A stunning walk along the lake takes you to Llanberis, and onwards to the summit of Snowdon, countryside walks to pubs, lakes and the Quarry museum. Castles, iron age forts and towns, we have it all! 4K from Caernarfon, 11K from Zip World, Bangor 15K Central heating, wood burner.

Cwm yr Wrach is a listed 19th century cottage, one of the closest to Snowdon itself and just above the Nant Peris Park&Ride. 5-10 minute walk (and carry) over some slightly rough ground from car parking. Perfect for hill-walking, climbing, cycling, writing, painting, or simply being off the beaten track. Wood/solid fuel fires on ground floor. Sheets, towels &c are provided. Secure cycle storage. The Vaynol Arms, our only local pub is 5 minutes walk. Llanberis: about 5 miles.

Awarded UNESCO World Heritage status for its dramatic slate landscapes, Nantlle is a must-see destination for walkers, cyclists, divers, sightseers, and outdoor adventurers. We are dog-friendly and welcome one medium-sized breed.
