The Gegan - Coldingham Sands Scotland

Situated at Coldingham Sands, one of the UK's best and most stunning surf beaches, The Gegan provides luxury accommodation right by the beach. The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Coble Cottage. By the sea, family and dog friendly

A short stroll from a family friendly sandy beach and promenade, Coble Cottage is the perfect base for a stay in Berwick-upon-tweed. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

The Historic Dalkeith Water Tower

The water tower is a bespoke home in an historic building sensitively converted by its architect owner. The tower is located in the historic town of Dalkeith and the settlement of Eskbank. 20 minutes by car from Edinburgh airport. A bus service into Edinburgh stops every 10- 15 minutes, the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. 25 minutes by rail to the Scottish Borders or to the centre of Edinburgh from the local Eskbank Train Station, a 20 minute walk from the tower.

This delightful, well equipped house on two floors is set back from the road in a quiet courtyard, with a parking space just outside the door. It is only a walk of 10 minutes to the delightful, sandy beach at Spittal with its fine promenade and just 10 minutes' walk to Berwick Old Bridge – the gateway to this fine historic town, with its many places of interest, fine restaurants and charming independent shops on Bridge Street. Explore, retreat, relax!

Clive’s Cottage

Escape to the peaceful countryside, surrounded by hills with a view of the sea! Clive’s Cottage is on the end of a terrace of three cottages on a working farm. Ideally located next to St Cuthbert’s Way and directly on the cycle route of the Sandstone’s Way- it is the gateway to some of Northumberland’s most spectacular and iconic scenery. The Cheviot Hills are a 25 minute drive away and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne can be seen from the garden.

Dancing Puffins Cottage

Dancing Puffins: Situated on the heritage Northumbrian coast and only 5 mins to nearest beach. This is a traditional cottage on a family farm, newly renovated throughout and with extensive views to the sea, rolling countryside and Cheviot hills. Many beautiful villages nearby including Bamburgh and Seahouses, with great restaurants, sites to see and boat trips to take! Also close to historic Lindisfarne, known locally as Holy Island.
