The Gegan - Coldingham Sands Scotland

The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. Egyptian cotton bedding and thick fluffy towels add to The Gegan's sense of luxury

Centrally located with parking right outside your door you will find Sea View the perfect place to plan your day. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

The Pink House, Eyemouth/Spectacular Ocean Views

Built in 1886, the house has just been tastefully renovated with all of the old features kept intact. Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves rolling onto the beach! Each room has a stunning ocean view, overlooking the beach and the cliffs of Eyemouth. The Pink House is an hour from Edinburgh by car or 10 minutes to Berwick where the train takes an hour.

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Linnet Cottage is a pet friendly cottage situated on a small organic arable farm 10 minutes from Berwick-upon-Tweed. Linnet has great views out to open countryside. The garden is safe for pets and fully fenced. The cottage is a 15 minute drive to Cheswick Sands, one of the most stunning beaches in Northumberland. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring Alnwick, venturing to the Edinburgh Festival or visiting Holy Island. Our local pub is a 10 minute drive in Norham.

It is in a quiet position near the beautiful river Tweed (ideal for fishing), and within easy reach of Berwick Upon Tweed, the Scottish Borders and the outstanding Northumberland coast. Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

It is only a walk of 10 minutes to the delightful, sandy beach at Spittal with its fine promenade and just 10 minutes' walk to Berwick Old Bridge – the gateway to this fine historic town, with its many places of interest, fine restaurants and charming independent shops on Bridge Street. My place is close to the seafront, the beach, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility of being close to everything that you need on holiday. After a great day walking or playing on the beach followed by fish and chips, there is nothing better than snuggling up in front of the wood burning stove. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).
