The precinct offers an opportunity to experience a permaculture forest garden, eco building, natural pool, rain water harvesting and much more. You are welcome to explore and join a tour if there's one on.

View the rich bird life as they chirp on the nearby trees. The loft is open plan with honest, thoughtful and raw finishes. It is not fancy but rather tastefully & uniquely built. It is an experiment of materials, comfort & details. The kitchenette is fully equipped & shower concealed by a cute barn door.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
