Ons modern ingericht verblijf heeft een woon/slaapkamer, eigen badkamer en keuken. U heeft een eigen ingang en het is op de begane grond. Helemaal voor uzelf. Het is voorzien van airconditioning voor verwarming of koeling. Een ruimte met een lichte en rustige uitstraling, prima om te ontspannen. In een rustige buurt. Centraal t.o.v. Rotterdam, de windmolens van Kinderdijk (7km), Ahoy-Rotterdam (13km) en Gouda (13km). Ook leuk met de waterbus naar Rotterdam of Dordrecht. E-Bikes te huur.

Dit charmante en knusse verblijf met stijlvolle inrichting, is centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden en het strand. Alles op 30 minuten rijden. Er is een eigen entree. Men komt binnen op de begane grond. Hier is een privé toilet, privé badkamer en wasmachine. Boven zijn twee kamers, een slaapkamer met flatscreen TV (Netflix en YouTube ), ontbijt/werkkamer en kledingkast. Op de overloop bevindt zich de oven/magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker en koelkast.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. This quiet and cozy accommodation is centrally located and tastefully decorated. Near the highway and within walking distance of the old center of Leidschendam. Also close to The Mall of the Netherlands. The ideal place for the real cycling or racing fanatic. Beautiful cycling routes can be started at a stone's throw. Corona Information: This private apartment is not occupied by us. After every rental it is thoroughly cleaned. Hand gel and disinfectant spray are provided. Own entrance, own kitchen. Beautifully situated on the edge of the Green heart. You can also sit in the garden. Leiden, Gouda, The Hague and Rotterdam are also accessible by bicycle. Plenty of delivery options for meals. Studio at alpacafarm (AlpaCasa)

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
