Renovated mill house in the historic Ashley Park district is perfectly situated just 5 miles from the airport and 1.5 miles to Bank of America stadium and downtown Charlotte. Enjoy the FreeMoreWest and South End districts nearby with breweries and restaurants everywhere. Possible flexibility for early arrivals, just ask! Maximum two dogs and there is a $80 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Waste removal is mandatory in yard. Sorry, no cats. Please note additional fee over 2 guests.
