Great place to stay for couples! You get private cottages away from other cottages there, the location was super easy to find, checking in & out is super simple, and everything is clean. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a private getaway from the busy city.

The snowgum chalet was absolute serenity. A very peaceful and romantic get away for me and my partner. The only noise was from the ducks and birds which we loved. Very private and secluded. Pool was cold but the hot spa made up for it. Wendy was very accomodating and efficient in her responses. Thankyou for having us - beautiful weekend :)

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend away. We stayed as a group of 6, including our 3 year old son and there was truly something for everyone. We enjoyed looking out the window in the morning and exploring the property and surrounds looking for native wildlife. The house has truly everything you could need, and we loved having the kitchen there so we could eat our meals at home and enjoy the property for even longer. Kathryn was a wonderful host who was always only a message away, and the recommendations left at the property gave us some great ideas on how to spend our time in the area. We’ve already spoken about plans on when we can come back to visit, as our 3 year old asked if he could live there forever. Thank you for having us!

Wendy's place was amazing and Wendy was very contactable. We had a few questions prior to our arrival and Wendy was able to promptly reply to our messages. Check-in details were also provided very clearly and was very easy!

We had a fantastic stay, easy to find, private cabins and so close to so many attractions. Anne and Maurie are great, friendly and helpful hosts. We all loved the farm tour and there is so much to do on the farm and close by. We will definitely be back, already planning our next stay.

Wonderful spot. Sauna, spa, ice baths all a bonus. Bright is a magical alpine town.

Lovely rustic cabin that is well appointed with a comfortable bed, hot shower and spectacular views (a real treat for golden hour sunsets). Driving distance not far from Dinner Plain and Omeo (fantastic for mountain bike enthusiasts) but still feels a million miles away. Star gazing at night is highly recommended, so clear in the evenings! The property is also pet friendly, which is such a bonus as we love taking our dog with us on our adventures. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin nestled in a picturesque setting, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning surroundings. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of birdlife in the area. Each morning, I awoke to the melodious sounds of chirping birds, which served as a gentle alarm clock, welcoming the day with a symphony of nature. The cabin also featured a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxation. The pool was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water that sparkled in the sunlight. There were plenty of comfortable lounge chairs around the pool.

The cabin was very clean had great yard for our little dog it had appliances that were required it was in good location for all Harrietville had to offer all round we found it very good it had great water presure excellent shower

This house is absolutely amazing! Extremely spacious both indoors and outdoors. Fantastic location very easy to get around. A thoughtful gift was left upon our arrival making this stay a step above the rest, I would highly recommend especially for larger groups. Thanks Leigh and the team

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Grey Wolf. We got off to a rocky start as we were not able to fit snow chains to our car but with the help of Melinda and Steve from 3741 Adventures we were able to get up the mountain safely. We didn’t end up seeing any snow but we had the most amazing and relaxing few days in Dinner Plain exploring and snuggling up in front of the fire. Melinda was an absolute delight to deal with and we can’t thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality and generosity. Our border collie was especially pleased with the dog treats Melinda left for him. We would 100% recommend coming and staying here and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Melinda, you were a star! ⭐️

We had a lovely quiet night stay on the farm, we were greeted by the owner as we arrived late and he/she was sitting there to greet us he/she was cute and had 3 legs (we believe he/she is the owner’s dog😄), we greeted by say hello this is Nathan and Kate and watched to make sure we were all good then left back to his/her house. The next morning the dog came back with his/her mate greeting us again! Love them! Will be back.

Hilltop Hideaway was a perfect spot for a holiday in the Alps. Basic accommodation, but clean, comfortable and warm. Terrific deck, wonderful views, easy access. We will return!

Great place. Interior very clean, spacious bedrooms with tv. Even though the description says no essentials the place had everything you need. Location is good, about 10-15 min drive to Yarrawonga. We really enjoyed the stay, can’t fault the accommodation it was perfect. There is also tavern 2min walk, great atmosphere, life music but once you are back in your cabin you can’t even hear it so no issues with noise. I would note recommend ordering food, we waited 1hr for a pizza and it wasn’t even good.

We loved our stay at La Baracca. Holly-Louise was a great host, very friendly and open communication. The property was pristine clean inside and out, bed was very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and amenities. Highlights were the delicious bread and muffins on arrival, watching a moon rise next the fire pit, relaxing in the beautiful surrounding garden and bird life, and getting acquainted with Steggles the Rooster and his two hens Tetley and Bushells. Would love to return again!

This was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed, the accommodation was perfect (looks even better in person)! It was a great way to spend Christmas as a couple, the plunge pool keeps you nice and cool in Summer and I’ve already recommended to friends. You can tell it’s a family run location, everyone we spoke to was lovely. We’ll hopefully be returning to experience a Winter break soon 🙂

Brilliant stay at Sambar Hills. Sally was great and we hit up the Chrismont Winery which was the best winery we’ve been to. Highly recommend, will be coming back.

The Cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable and it was close o town. It was perfect for the few nights stay that we planned. Our host Fid was helpful, communicated well and gave clear instructions. We enjoyed our time spent here.

the moment you arrive at Maudes cottage you know it's special. the attention to detail, love, care and pride that Wendy puts in is exceptional. The cottage is picture book cute, perfectly clean and decorated, functional with style. Wendys messages were genuine and helpful... we definitely want to return one day and hopefully meet the lady behind this gem in the mountains... thank Wendy and Elle

We had a great stay at Marty's beyond beautiful property. Marty is a generous host, very organised and it shows in his attention to the smallest details. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is well above standard, and the sunrise the view is idyllic. We managed to see the very friendly goats and Alpacas and even some saw some wombats from the cabin. We also loved visiting the cheese factory in Milawa, Beechworth and some falls, about 45mins drive. This is a 10 out of five stars stay ✨

This was an incredibly comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Jane’s thoughtful touches and great sense of style could be seen throughout the house. All the bedding was so cozy, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The view was stunning, and there were so many lovely places nearby to explore. Thanks to this wonderful stay, we had a truly happy Easter holiday.💕

Sandra's place was perfect for a short stay. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen and generous extras. The fire was all ready to go. Close to Chiltern and surrounding towns and easy to check in and out.
