Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. A pochi minuti da Verbania, è il punto di partenza ideale per scoprire le meraviglie del lago, esplorare valli e parchi naturali o semplicemente rilassarvi, circondati da sorrisi sinceri e dal gusto autentico delle piccole cose. La casa, curata e dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali – incluso un posto auto riservato – vi accoglie senza pensieri. E il terrazzo panoramico? … davvero non ha prezzo.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Nell'atmosfera tipica del centro storico di un paesino di collina, a soli pochi chilometri dai laghi Maggiore e di Mergozzo, dalla Val Grande e da Albagnano Healing Meditation Centre, sorge la Casa delle Rondini. Green studio può ospitare single, coppie e famiglie. Dispone di una zona cucina attrezzata e di bagno con doccia. Gode di ingresso indipendente e dell'uso del giardino che circonda la casa. La sistemazione è adatta per chi ama la natura, la tranquillità e le escursioni/trekking.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Well connected to the historic center of Varese: bus stop at 200mt. We have two dogs: if you are afraid, please note that they run free around so it's impossible not to meet them.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.
