Sited on 1 hectare of private grounds, surrounded by farmland, 15 minutes south of the Dordogne. Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 1 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Mon logement est situé sur un Domaine privé en impasse sur les hauteurs sud de Sarlat à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour son grand confort, sa tranquilité, son équipement complet, et sa piscine chauffée de mai à septembre. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). Une route non accessible depuis la propriété peut apporter quelques nuisances sonores lors des périodes d' affluence.

Au Clos de Parranquet, élégante et charmante Chambre/appart, lit 180x200, avec terrasse privée pour passer d'agréables moments, dans un parc paysager de 5000m2 avec piscine (14x7 non chauffée). A 6 mn vous pourrez découvrir Villeréal, un des plus beaux villages de France, avec sa Bastide et ses commerces. Vous pourrez suivre le circuit des châteaux et des Bastides en Guyenne. A découvrir aussi Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac... à moins de 40 mn.
