White House cottages comprises 3 luxury barn conversions - The Hen House, The Stables and The Loft, All have been sympathetically modernised to reflect their history but with all the modern facilities including fully fitted kitchen, central heating , washer dryer and dishwasher. The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.
