The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Kick back and relax in this light and breezy sanctuary. On the beach side of Braunton, just 2 miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands it lies on the very edge of the village with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants. For over 20's looking for a super comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable bike shed and no passing traffic? Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and a super comfortable bedroom.

Peaceful clifftop house with amazing sea views, that's perfect for families & friends. Step out the front door onto the South West Coastal Path and discover spectacular cliffs, beautiful beaches and woodland walks. 5 min walk to the historic Hartland Quay (and Wrecker's Retreat pub!). 20 min drive to Clovelly. 30 min drive to Bude in Cornwall. High speed wifi. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor garden equipped with a BBQ and outdoor garden furniture. Stunning, peaceful, bliss.

Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
