Quirky, comfortable, converted Chapel

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely period features carefully restored. Rural quiet equestrian countryside with around 45 minute drive to some lovely beaches. A thatched Semi detached part of a Devon Longhouse around 400 years old. This little quaint cottage/annex has lots of period features. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Remote and secluded, it provides an ideal base for walking and wild swimming at Tavy Cleave. The traditional cobbled yard has parking for your car. Step out the front door onto the South West Coastal Path and discover spectacular cliffs, beautiful beaches and woodland walks. 5 min walk to the historic Hartland Quay (and Wrecker's Retreat pub!). 20 min drive to Clovelly. 30 min drive to Bude in Cornwall. High speed wifi. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor garden equipped with a BBQ and outdoor garden furniture. Stunning, peaceful, bliss.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton.
