This apartment is located on the second floor of our pleasant house. Perfect for 4 people (5), it has everything you need. It features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, terrace with a great sunset view. The apartment is located in the middle of Baska Voda's old town. The main beach (with blue flag) is 80m far from here. Private parking, post office, bank, supermarkets, restaurants and starting points for excursions & side trips can also be found in close proximity.

Apartman je renoviran 2024. godine. Obiteljska tradicija iznajmljivanja apartmana traje od 1980. godine. Apartman je okrenut prema moru, gdje možete uživati na balkonu s prekrasnim pogledom na more i otoke. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke. Apartman idealan za parove i solo putnike.

Sastoji se od sobe sa bracnim krevetom, kupatila, opremljene kuhinje sa blagavaonicom, velikog dnevnog boravka i dva balkona sa kojih se pruža lijepi pogled na more i otoke. U dnevnom boravku je fotelja koja se razvlaci u dupli ležaj. Soba i dnevni boravak imaju klimatizaciju. Parking je u dvorištu kuce, vanjski rostilj vam je dostupan za korištenje.

A charming little house by the sea. 5' to center.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
