Standard: (Up to 6 people) up to 6 people, our spacious main apartment is exclusively at your disposal as standard:Bedroom 1: A cozy double room.Bedroom 2: A spacious triple room An additional single bed in a flexibly partitionable area of the living room. A fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, and living area.(From 7 people or upon request):If you are traveling with a larger family or two families (up to 9 people in total), we will additionally open our small apartment in the house for you. This offers:Bedroom 3: Another double room.Bedroom 4: A single room.Extra comfort: A second, separate bathroom and a small living room with access to the pool.For groups of up to 6 people, the small apartment remains closed and will, of course, not be rented out to anyone else during your stay – you will always have the house and the grounds entirely to yourselves!

La dolce vita. Pasta, Vino und eigener Strand. Eigener Strand mit Hängematte zwischen Palmen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick über den See und den benachbarten Park. Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer super Bar in "paddelreichweite" od. auch in 5min zu Fuß. Man kann sich auch von der Bar Essen a la carte in den eigenen Garten liefern lassen. Wir sind selber gerne super gerne hier, aber es ist uns leider nicht vergönnt, den ganzen Sommer hier zu verbringen. (Boote gg. kl.Gebühr.

Oltre all'appartamento, gli ospiti avranno a disposizione anche un parco di circa 5.000 mq2 ad uso esclusivo, composto da diverse aree dove poter leggere un libro o semplicemente rilassarsi. Viene inoltre fornito uno spazio per pranzare all'aperto con relativo BBQ. "la Casa Giardino" offre la possibilità di trascorrere un soggiorno al lago immersi nel verde e a stretto contatto con la natura ricordandoci che: "La Natura non è un posto da visitare, è Casa nostra".

Immersed in the sixteenth-century park of Villa La Motta and the adjacent Golf dei Laghi, it enjoys an ideal climate all year round thanks to its dominant position on the hill. It is enriched by a private equipped garden and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residence. The beaches of Lake Monate are easily reachable with a short 3-minute walk.

La stanza nasce dal progetto dell'architetto Judith Byberg; abbraccia un'idea ecosostenibile, accogliendo gli ospiti in un clima di romanticismo e design. Si trova in pieno centro storico, in una vecchia corte. Il lago è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 500 metri.
