Entry room has sofa/bed, dining table & kitchenette. Suite accommodates a couple or 2 individuals comfortably. $25/person/night charge for more than 2. Two-night minimum stay (4 for ACL & SXSW). Discounts: 7+ days (20%); 28+ days (40%). 31+ days saves you 17% hotel occupancy tax as well. Longer term discounts and advance booking inquiries welcome.

2-room private guest suite, 5-10 minute drive to downtown and south Austin hot spots! No shared spaces with the main house. Private entrance opens to bedroom with queen bed and bathroom. 2nd room is the kitchen/workspace with everything you need to make a meal. Keurig, complementary coffee, and bottled water.
