Cheap and Clean room with essential& parking in DCIf you have high expectation please don’t book my place. My place is set for your all basic needs. Minute away from Metro for DC short or long trip. Close to all touristic attraction, Capitol, White house, monuments and museums. Good food places are nearby. Great for anyone with low expectation. Just have an open mind. I think you’ll have fun and a great time while your stay with us.
Floor to Yourself - FREE Parking & Near Metro!Brand new construction town home with a private floor to yourself! Very large sun lit room with private bathroom attached. Ample closet space with hangers, & iron if needed. Free street parking in front of home and a 10 minute walk to Anacostia metro - 1 stop from Nationals/Audi Stadiums, 2 stops from monuments, and 3 stops from Chinatown! A quick 20 min metro ride or 10 min uber ride from National Landing, Arlington, Georgetown, and Capitol Hill! Could not get more centralized than this!
Contemporary Stay in Historic DC-Private BR & BathNestled on a quiet hill in a historic Washington neighborhood! Amazing view of downtown and the monument included for free. My favorite thing about the location is that is very accessible to the highway (I-295) and public transportation (Green Line-DC Metro) I am no more than a 10 min drive or short Metro ride from activities in D.C. including, National Monuments, Smithsonian Museums, Downtown eats, Nationals Ballpark, Audi Field, Chinatown, Capital One Arena, etc.
