Located in a quiet cul du sac in the historic market town of Kendal with convenient access to the M6, Lake District & Yorkshire dales. The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. There is parking available & a private outside decking area. Don’t want to walk ? We are a 30sec walk to the bus stop 2 minutes from the property.

Located a 25 minute’s walk from Oxenholme Train Station and a 20 minute’s walk to Kendal town centre . The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Lovingly restored 1965 Retreat with proper loo, shower, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi! King size bed with linen, towels and toiletries provided. Fully equipped for 2 . Snuggle into The Tipi and soak up the view, make suppers in the the pizza oven or BBQ or huddle around the firepit and cook over the embers.
