Pet friendly! Minimal checkout instructions! With off-street parking & a deck, this little place is a great Del Ray stay! One room (door to entire home locked), large bathroom, basic kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, disposable supplies, & coffee station), & walk-in closet. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.

Spacious, private one-bedroom apartment, only 5 minute walk to Metro! Ideal for remote workers, couples, friends, families. Full kitchen comes well-stocked for cooking, plus there are a ton of amazing restaurants & bars just down the block. Right on the Green line means a 15-minute ride to the National Mall, which makes this a great home base for exploring all of DC's free museums, historic monuments, live concerts, and world-class fine dining. Free street parking within half a block.

Private Small Apt with parking spot.

Feel free to come and go as you like. You will enjoy complete privacy, safety, and peace. The apt is a bit small but you'll have everything you need. This unit has a full bath, heating/AC, kitchenette, a pull down, queen sized bed, wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, outside patio with BBQ Grill and side burner, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and it comes equipped with everything you'll need to be comfortable. National Airport 6 miles. Bus stop one block away.

This welcoming space is the perfect getaway. Clean, private, and spacious with a king bed at one end of the room and a living room with a fold-out twin-sized sofa and desk at the other end. The apartment has a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and coffee maker), and bathroom. Offstreet (driveway) parking for one car mere steps from your private keyed entrance. A 10 minute (0.5 mile) walk to Clarendon Station on the Orange/Silver Metro line for easy access to Washington, DC.

Condominium apartment conveniently located close to DC. You’ll have a parking spot and if you don’t want to drive to DC there is a bus stop right outside that will take you to pentagon metro station! The apartment is below ground floor so you will need to take a couple stairs down. Condominium name is Saxony Square, it’s a nice working class community, the area in general is very bussy and diverse but safe. Great and convenient place to recharge on your visits to DC!
