Η βίλα ανήκει σε μοντέρνο συγκρότημα 5 κομψών βιλών με κοινή πισινα και υπέροχη θέα. Κάθε βίλα 4 ατόμων, είναι 65μ2, με 2 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια (με ντους). Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνο, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ) επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi. Forest Villa in Kriopigi

Our villa is located in Kriopigi inside the forest (is all you need to relax ) . The distance from the sandy beach is 7 minutes driving (2,7km) . The villa has 2 floors and consists of 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , living room and kitchen . Outside we have private swimming pool and some barbecue space . The house is fully equipped. Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed , bedroom 2 has a double bed and at the living room there is one bunky bed and 2 sofa beds. The house is ideal for families and friends.

The house has a breathtaking view of the sea and the village. The peace and relaxation that it offers combine with easy access to the village (central square, folk museum, cafés, pizzeria, restaurants, supermarkets- 300 meters away).Distance nearby beaches is 5 min. by car and 15 by foot.

Panoramic sea view beach house

The spectacular sea view of the house is the best part of it. There is a big balcony in front of the house and one at the side of the house, where you can rest and relax under the olives trees and enjoy the sea view. The place is a traditional & picturesque village house in a quiet area that is near the sea, beach bars & restaurants. It is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the center of the village and 2 minutes from the sea.

Assimina's luxury house with view

Άνετο, ηλιόλουστο σπίτι 70 τ.μ. στον δεύτερο όροφο εντός του πανέμορφου παραδοσιακού οικισμού της Αφύτου, στην τοποθεσία "πέρα βράχος". Από το μεγάλο παράθυρο του σαλονιού και από την άνετη βεράντα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τη Χερσόνησο της Σιθωνίας και τα κρυστάλλινα νερά του Τορωναίου Κόλπου με το νησάκι Κέλυφος, ενώ από το άλλο μπαλκόνι μπορείτε να δείτε το παραδοσιακό καφέ-μπαρ Κουτσόμυλος στο κέντρο του χωριού.

A convenient room with a great sea view..A small kitcen and a private bathroom are included. The room is located nearby the central square of the traditional village of Afytos, where you can visit the Folklore Museum and restaurants in case o taste raditinal recipes. You can reach the beach on foot by following the path or you can use your vehicle through the village.

Μοναδικός χορός για να κάνετε τις διακοπές σας αξέχαστες! Υπέροχο περιβαλον δίπλα στη θάλασσα! Γεμάτο ανέσεις με εξαιρετική θεα και το καλύτερο ηλιοβασίλεμα της Ελλάδας στο πιάτο σας!! Η παραλία βρίσκεται μπροστά στο σπιτι 1 λεπτο με τα πόδια είναι παρά πολύ μεγάλη με αμμο!! Υπάρχουν εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακειο σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά από το σπιτι !
