Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα (φούρνο, φούρνος μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρας, τοστιέρα, πλυντήριο πιάτων κλπ) επιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, BBQ, παιδική χαρά, κήπος, πάρκινγκ, κλιματισμός, wifi. The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula! Beach front, and close to everything that you will need while on holidays! There is a big balcony in front of the house and one at the side of the house, where you can rest and relax under the olives trees and enjoy the sea view. The place is a traditional & picturesque village house in a quiet area that is near the sea, beach bars & restaurants. It is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the center of the village and 2 minutes from the sea.
