This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for homebodies, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. Please note this listing is for FEMALE GUESTS ONLY (no couples). Beautiful bedroom in a quiet house is ideal for some retreat time away or as a safe base from where to visit the city. The house is 20 minutes from Manhattan with the LIRR (and 10 minutes by bus from the LIRR) and is situated between Chinese and Jewish neighborhoods, a five minute walk from the bus, supermarkets, restaurants, and Flushing Meadows park. The space will be shared with myself and my roommate.

Designer's apartment located on a quiet tree lined block of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Just four flights up brings you to a private, separate entrance leading to your stay with a queen bed, 55" flat screen smart TV with all streaming channels, fast wi-fi that is tested for 338 download speed, writing desk and seating area with couch. For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
